A delegation from the Ministries of Trade of Kazakhstan and Turkey visited the main sorting center of Zammler Kazakhstan.

As part of the development of trade and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Turkey, a delegation from the two countries’ Ministries of Trade, led by Aizhan Bazhanova, First Vice Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, visited the main sorting center of Zammler Kazakhstan.

During the visit, guests were shown the infrastructure and technological processes that ensure the efficient operation of logistics for Kaspi Store. The delegations demonstrated key stages of the logistics chain:

  • storage of large household appliances, order picking and packaging;
  • an automatic sorting system for small and medium-sized parcels with a throughput of up to 500,000 orders per day;
  • sorting of large orders;
  • return processing and interaction with delivery operators.

Aizhan Bazhanova emphasized that the development of B2B trade is one of the Ministry’s key priorities. According to her, it is especially important today for Kazakhstani entrepreneurs to be able to successfully compete with foreign marketplaces, with logistics becoming the foundation of their competitive advantage. She also noted the active strengthening of trade ties with Turkey and spoke about the Ministry’s projects aimed at creating an international B2B platform that will help Kazakhstani businesses purchase goods abroad.

During the meeting, the Zammler Kazakhstan and Kaspi teams shared their experiences:

  • implementing automated sorting systems;
  • using AI tools to optimize processes and quality control;
  • integrating All operations in the Kaspi logistics ecosystem.

The parties discussed the development of logistics infrastructure, digitalization of trade, and prospects for further cooperation between Kazakhstan and Turkey in e-commerce and logistics.
