Delivery System
Our logistics processes are integrated with the Kaspi platform, allowing us to:
- automatically exchange delivery status updates,
- ensure timely handover of parcels,
- maintain transparency and control at every stage.
We provide a full logistics cycle: from order pickup at the seller’s address or drop-off point to sorting, distribution, and intercity transportation across Kazakhstan.
Orders are then handed over to delivery operators, who ensure delivery to lockers or directly to customers’ addresses.
In addition, we handle the logistics of cancelled orders, returning them to sellers either via our drop-off points or through address-based return delivery.
