The company is not a manufacturer, but works directly with the factory. This ensures competitive prices and the ability to customize packaging.

Yes, pickup is available from any Zammler Kazakhstan branch where the company’s products are available. Payment can be made on-site by credit card or QR code.

Yes, legal entities are served with the provision of a full package of accounting documents.

Packaging requirements for different product categories must be followed. If an item is damaged during Kaspi Delivery and was not packaged properly, the Kaspi.kz store may reject the claim.

Yes, delivery within the city is available:

  • Free delivery for orders over 20,000 tenge;
  • For orders of less than 20,000 tenge, the cost is calculated individually via Yandex Go based on volume and weight.

Zammler Kazakhstan is responsible for any damage to goods inside the warehouse, as per the contract.

Your order status is displayed in your Kaspi.kz account. The system is fully integrated with Kaspi.kz, so your order progress is transparent at every stage and can be verified.

All returns are received at the hub. Inspection is performed according to established requirements, after which a detailed report on the product’s condition is provided. This allows for complete control over returns without the need to maintain an in-house warehouse.

Payment is made only for the resources actually used:

  • occupied warehouse space;
  • a fixed rate for each shipped unit of goods.

No, the documents are processed and the cargo is shipped independently, following the agreed-upon processes. The shipment takes place without the client’s involvement and strictly according to established standards.

The company focuses on collaboration with sellers of Kaspi.kz online stores selling medium and large household appliances, as well as equipment.

The following additional services can be ordered:

— Packaging

Packaging materials are provided for various types of cargo, taking into account safety and handling requirements. This reduces risks and ensures proper preparation of the cargo for transportation.

 

— Insurance

Insurance is optional.

Terms:

  • Rate — 0.2% of the declared value;
  • Minimum value — 1,000 tenge;
  • Maximum declared value — up to 2,000,000 tenge per piece.

This service provides additional financial protection for your cargo.

 

— Loading and unloading operations

Terms, format, and cost are agreed upon individually at the time of contract, taking into account the characteristics of the cargo and the transportation route.

Free storage is provided for up to 30 calendar days from the date of cargo acceptance.

After this period, a paid extension is possible under agreed terms. Rates and procedures for further storage are determined individually and are governed by the current terms of service.

The following rules must be observed:

In the event of loss, shortage, or damage to cargo, a formal claim is filed. The procedure for filing and reviewing the claim is regulated by the contract and complies with service quality control standards:

  • The claim is recorded and processed;
  • An inspection is conducted with the participation of responsible departments;
  • Documents and transportation circumstances are analyzed;
  • A decision is made within the timeframe established by the contract.

The claim is considered a working tool for quality control. Each claim is processed objectively, with a focus on a fair resolution and long-term partnership.

The service is designed for the following types of businesses:

  • courier services with intracity delivery. Intercity delivery is provided by Zammler Kazakhstan;
  • distributors and manufacturers;
  • large retail chains;
  • marketplaces.

To activate the service:

  • Fill out the application on the website;
  • A company manager will contact you by phone or email;
  • Receive a commercial offer;
  • Sign the service agreement;
  • Provide login information for your Zammler.HUB account;

Delivery costs are calculated individually and depend on the route, cargo volume, and type of transport. For an accurate quote, please submit a request with Zammler Kazakhstan, and the company will contact you promptly.

We accept a wide range of cargo for transportation: industrial and commercial shipments, household appliances, food products, and mail. We handle various cargo categories, adhering to packaging requirements, transportation conditions, and delivery times.

FTL (full truck load) transportation is our key format: a vehicle is dedicated to a single shipment, eliminating additional loading and third-party shipments. This ensures maximum safety, full route control, and predictable delivery times.

Zammler Kazakhstan does not provide franchise services or open collection points under a partnership model. All logistics processes are managed centrally to ensure a high level of service, operational transparency, and consistent quality standards across the entire network.

The company is actively expanding its regional infrastructure and regularly analyzes demand patterns. New warehouses and collection points are being opened in stages in accordance with a development plan jointly with Kaspi.kz.
