Our logistics processes are integrated with the Kaspi platform, allowing us to:

  • automatically exchange delivery statuses;
  • deliver parcels on time;
  • maintain transparency and control at all stages.

We handle the entire process: from order acceptance at the address and collection point to sorting, distribution, and transportation between cities in Kazakhstan. Orders are then transferred to delivery operators, who ensure their delivery to parcel terminals or addresses. We also handle the logistics of cancelled orders, which are returned to sellers at our collection points or directly to their address.
