What you will be doing:
- Maintaining production and technical documentation for the company’s facilities.
- Monitoring the work of contractors and the deadlines and quality of the work performed.
- Checking as-built documentation and certificates of completed work.
- Drawing up technical assignments and defect lists.
- Overseeing routine and major repair work at the facilities.
- Supporting engineering systems: HVAC, water supply and sewerage, power supply, fire alarms and fire suppression systems.
- Taking part in accepting completed work and commissioning facilities.
- Maintaining equipment data sheets and as-built and operating documentation.
- Monitoring the volume of work completed, material consumption and budget performance.
- Liaising with the maintenance service, contractors and facility owners.
What we look for in candidates:
- Higher technical education.
- At least 2 years of experience as a planning and technical department engineer.
- Experience supporting repair and construction work and engineering systems.
- The ability to read design and as-built documentation.
- Confident user of MS Office and AutoCAD
