What you will be doing:
- Preparing HR documents for the assigned employees accurately and on time: hiring, transfers, dismissals, leave, supplementary agreements and other HR changes
- Ensuring that employee data is entered and kept up to date correctly in the Company’s systems, including 1C:Salary and HR Management, Doodocs and ENBEK/ESUTD
- Monitoring the deadlines for signing, approving and registering HR documents in Doodocs
- Checking that employee data is correct: full name, IIN, position, unit, work schedule, FTE, salary/pay rate and other HR details
- Checking timesheets for the assigned units and identifying discrepancies promptly
- Liaising with unit managers on HR paperwork, timesheets, work schedules and the accuracy of employee data
- Ensuring that reports are prepared and information is provided on time at the manager’s request
- Complying with the labour legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Company’s internal regulations and the established deadlines for HR document management
What we look for in candidates:
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of HR administration and the labour legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- The ability to prepare HR documents: employment contracts, supplementary agreements, orders, notices and applications.
- Confident user of 1C:Salary and HR Management: entering, checking and updating employee HR data.
- Skills in working with ENBEK/ESUTD: registering employment contracts, supplementary agreements and terminations.
- Confident command of Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Business correspondence skills and the ability to work with unit managers, the accounting department and related departments.
