What you will be doing:
- Carrying out internal health and safety inspections and issuing instructions in the established manner.
- Delivering introductory health and safety briefings and introductory fire safety briefings.
- Organising training and knowledge assessments on health and safety matters.
- Keeping the training matrix up to date.
What we look for in candidates:
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in manufacturing
- The ability to work with documentation, draw up orders and reports and conduct business correspondence
- Experience in organising occupational health and safety training and knowledge assessments
- Excellent knowledge of labour legislation and regulatory acts
