To the attention of partners! ZAMMLER GROUP offices will work partially remotely by the end of the year

Dear partners, clients and friends of ZAMMLER!

As we already reported, for the duration of the quarantine restrictions due to the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic, the offices of the ZAMMLER group of companies work remotely. Guided by the desire to make the work process as safe and comfortable as possible for employees, we conducted a survey among employees regarding their desire to continue working remotely. The results of such a survey: 49% – want to continue to work remotely, 28% – partially remotely, 23% – want to return to the office.

Taking into account the constant efficiency of the work of the ZAMMLER team, including remotely, the company’s management decided to extend the partially remote mode of operation till the end of 2020.

“Most office workers will come to work 2 days a week, some will work completely remotely. This mode is now experimental and decisions on the future work format will be made additionally,” – Viktor Shevchenko, CEO ZAMMLER GROUP.
